📦 Shipping Policy

  • We process and ship all orders within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders are delivered through trusted courier partners to ensure safety and timely service.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or call with delivery updates.

🚚 Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 2–3 business days

  • Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days

  • Remote Areas: May take an additional 1–2 days

Delivery time may vary slightly during holidays or unexpected situations.

💰 Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳70

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳130

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all orders

  • Advance Payment: Also available through bank or mobile banking

Large or bulk orders may require additional shipping charges. We will inform you in advance if applicable.

🔁 Return & Replacement

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.

  • Used or unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
